Sushi bars in Las Vegas are becoming more popular as the city expands its offerings of fine dining to cater to a more discriminating palates. The Sushi Bar in Casino Las Vegas is one such establishment that offers a variety of sushi dishes from assorted regions of Japan and China. The bar offers a wide array of entrees such as Sushi, tempura and Wagyu as well as vegetarian selections like tofu and other types of meat. Boisterous haunt in the Palazzo featuring spicy flavors from Japan, Brazil, Peru & China in a sweaty club like atmosphere.
The Sushisamba is also known as "The Buffet of Asia" and is modeled after traditional Japanese buffets. The main dining room is set in an elegant stone courtyard that overlooks the Strip. This buffet-style restaurant offers a wide range of entrees like tempura, sashimi, sushi & more. This buffet experience is complemented by live entertainment performances from local bands & artists.
The Sushi Buffet has been featured on numerous television programs including E! Today. Along with appearances on E! a feature story was also broadcast on CBS Evening News, where reporter Steve Hartman had interviews with three of the restaurant's chefs who provided expert insight into the menus and the techniques used to prepare the sushi in the Sushi Bar. The Sushi Buffet has also made multiple appearances on Cooking With Carol, a cooking competition on the Food Network.
